What is NextWave Commerce?
NextWave is an ecommerce platform that brings your online storefront and your day-to-day store operations into one workspace. You can manage products, orders, customers, inventory and store settings without switching between separate systems for each task.
Do I need to know how to code?
You can manage your catalogue, edit store content, organise homepage sections and configure your store through the dashboard. Everyday store management does not require writing code. Connecting a custom domain may require updating DNS records with your domain provider.
Which payment methods can I offer?
You can offer cash on delivery. Khalti payments are also supported when you connect and enable your own merchant credentials. Available payment options depend on your store configuration and the payment provider’s requirements.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Where your plan includes custom domains, you can connect a domain you own from the merchant portal. You will need access to its DNS settings to complete verification and setup. Domain registration is separate.
Can I manage product variants and stock?
Yes. Organise your catalogue with categories, product options and variants, then manage stock and inventory movements from the same workspace. Warehouse options and usage limits depend on your store’s plan.
What happens as my business grows?
The platform supports staff access, multiple stores and configurable plans. Each plan defines its features and limits, such as products, orders, storage and staff accounts. You can review the plan and usage details available to your account in the merchant portal.
